Follow these steps if your KBX-SRMKM-937 keyboard and mouse are not recognized by your computer or if the keyboard lights aren't working:
- Unplug the device and plug it back into the USB port.
- Try another USB port on your computer.
- Check if there are any lights on the keyboard. If not, then it is not receiving any power.
- Test the device on another computer.
- Ensure the computer’s core and optional software are up to date.
- If the keyboard is working but there are no lights, the LED lights could be turned off. Press the Fn + Lighting buttons on the keyboard to switch between the different lighting modes.
