Cloudy or stuck wax in the Laser RGB Bluetooth Lava Lamp Speaker can occur if the lamp was moved, shaken or tilted while the wax was hot and flowing.

To troubleshoot it:

1. Turn the lamp off.

2. Let it cool completely.

3. Restart the lamp after it has cooled.

Never shake, tilt, invert or move the lava lamp while it is warm or operating.
