For the Baseus U2 Pro Dual 3K AI Tracking Solar Security Camera, choose a position with a useful viewing angle and a strong Wi-Fi signal. The manual recommends:
- Mounting the camera 2 to 3 metres above the ground.
- Locating it within 10 metres of the router, with a strong Wi-Fi signal.
- Placing the solar panel where it receives sufficient sunlight.
The solar panel can be mounted on the camera base or separately in a sunnier position. Use the supplied mounting sticker to position the camera base. The manual specifies a 6mm drill bit and expansion bolts for hard walls such as concrete or brick. Secure the base and brackets as illustrated in the manual.
Solar charging performance varies with weather, installation position and sunlight exposure. Router distance alone does not guarantee a strong connection.
Keep the camera, accessories and cables out of reach of children. The manual specifies at least 0.9 metres between cords and children.
