The Baseus Ingenuity Mini OTG USB-C to USB-A Adaptor has a USB-C plug and a USB-A socket.

Connect the USB-C plug to a compatible host device. Connect the USB-A accessory to the socket on the adaptor.

It is not the reverse configuration: it does not have a USB-A plug for connecting directly to a USB-A host port.
