What should I do if there is no sound from the Laser RGB Party Speaker?

If there is no sound from the speaker:


1. Check the volume on the speaker.

2. Check the volume on your phone, tablet, laptop or playback device.

3. Make sure the Bluetooth connection is active.

4. If using Bluetooth, confirm the device is connected to SP-RG60BK-032.

5. If needed, switch the speaker off and back on, then reconnect.


For Bluetooth pairing issues:


- Place the speaker close to your device while pairing.

- Make sure the speaker is not already paired with another device.

- Refresh your device Bluetooth list and wait up to 1 minute if the speaker name does not appear.
