Question: Do you support retailer and marketplace purchases?
Answer:

Yes. Laser supports both direct end users and customers who purchased through retailers or resellers.

If you need product support:

  1. Keep your proof of purchase ready.
  2. Have your product model number and issue details ready.
  3. Go to the Laser warranty and support pages and choose the correct channel for your purchase:
    • retailer
    • reseller
    • end user
  4. If you purchased directly from Laser and need a return, replacement, or warranty claim, use the End User Return Authorisation form.
  5. If you purchased through a retailer or reseller, use the appropriate retailer or reseller support path shown on the Laser warranty page.

Laser’s Knowledge Base can also help with product FAQs, setup guides, and troubleshooting once you have your model number.
