Question: What should I do if the camera won’t connect?

Answer:

  • Ensure Bluetooth and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi are enabled.

  • Place the camera near the router during setup.

  • Improve Wi-Fi signal using extenders if needed.

  • Reset Camera:

    1. Hold Reset button until you hear “di-di-ding”.

    2. Wait for “ding, ding, ding” and blinking LED.

    3. Re-open Laser app, tap + > Add Device, and repeat setup.
