Answer:

No Power:

Charge both speaker and microphone fully.

No Sound:

Check speaker and device volume.
Ensure Bluetooth is connected.
Ensure microphone is paired.

Bluetooth Issues:

Ensure speaker isn’t paired to another device.
Stay within 10m unobstructed range.
Forget the device in Bluetooth settings and re-pair:
1. Delete SP-KAIFL-355 from paired devices.
2. Restart the speaker.
3. Reconnect in Bluetooth settings.
