Question: What should I do if my phone won't connect to the NAVC-10CP-235 Wireless Screen?
Answer:

  • Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled.
  • Make sure your phone supports wireless CarPlay or Android Auto.
  • Bring the phone closer to the screen for better reception.
  • Restart the screen and phone if needed.
  • If the screen is paired with another phone, unpair or disconnect that device.
