PJT-LED80-715: Audio Issues with MPEG-4 Files

Created by Punit Kanwar, Modified on Tue, 16 Jul at 10:42 AM by Punit Kanwar

Question: Why can't the projector play the audio in MPEG-4 files?

Answer: MPEG-4 is a media container that includes both video and audio. In the file, video and audio are encoded separately using different codecs. Your projector can decode the video but not the audio because the audio codec is not supported. PCs/laptops support a wide variety of codecs, making it easier for them to handle these files.

Workaround: You can play the video on your laptop and connect it to the projector via HDMI. This should allow you to enjoy both video and audio through your projector.
