LSH-FHD360-351 - Device not appearing on the app?

If the device isn't showing up on the app:

  • Confirm Wi-Fi is enabled on your smartphone.
  • Use a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
  • Reduce interference from other devices to ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal.
  • Position the camera closer to the router for initial pairing.
  • Check the router for MAC filtering and add the camera's MAC address if required.
  • Make sure the 2.4GHz band is active if both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are in use.
