If your PJ-220FHD-699 projector is experiencing a 'No Image' or 'No Signal' issue, follow these steps to diagnose and solve the problem.

Steps:

  1. Check that the power light next to the power button is on and green, indicating the projector is powered and ready.
  2. If the power light is red, press the power button to exit standby mode.
  3. Verify that the projector is plugged into the mains and the power socket is switched on.
  4. Remove the lens cover if it's still attached to allow image projection.
  5. Ensure all cable connections are securely attached and correctly installed, as per the user manual's guidance.
  6. Confirm the image source may be set correctly by pressing the Source button on the Control Panel or the Remote to cycle through available input options until you find the correct one.
