If the Laser Mini Digital Camera will not save photos or videos, check the microSD card first.

Try these steps:

1. Make sure a microSD card is inserted.

2. Confirm the card is inserted correctly.

3. Check that the microSD card is formatted in FAT32.

4. If needed, use the Format option in the camera menu.

Important: Formatting the microSD card will permanently erase all data on the card.

If the camera will not turn on, charge the battery and try again. If the camera stops responding and cannot be turned off, press and hold the RESET button for a few seconds to restart the camera.
