Question: Why won’t my phone pair with the Laser NAVC-12DCP CarPlay screen?
Answer:

  • Confirm phone supports wireless CarPlay/Android Auto.

  • Update phone OS + Android Auto app.

  • Ensure Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and mobile data are on.

  • Refresh Bluetooth list; screen may take up to 1 min to appear.

  • Disconnect other devices (watch, second phone).

  • On screen: Settings > Clear connection history.
