Question: Why won’t my phone pair with the Laser NAVC-12DCP CarPlay screen?
Answer:
Confirm phone supports wireless CarPlay/Android Auto.
Update phone OS + Android Auto app.
Ensure Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and mobile data are on.
Refresh Bluetooth list; screen may take up to 1 min to appear.
Disconnect other devices (watch, second phone).
On screen: Settings > Clear connection history.
