            Question: How do I reset the Laser NAVC-12DCP CarPlay screen?
            Answer:

            • In menu: go to Settings > Restore Factory Settings.

            • Hard reset: hold RESET button 5s.

            • Re-pair CarPlay/Android Auto by forgetting the device and reconnecting.
