Question: What should I do if Android Auto doesn’t start with the Navig8r dongle?
Answer:

  • First-time setup requires connecting your phone via USB cable to activate Android Auto.

  • Ensure the Android Auto app is up to date in Google Play Store.

  • Clear Bluetooth cache in your phone’s settings if issues persist.

  • Restart the dongle and reconnect your phone.

  • The full Navig8r Micro Wireless Dongle for CarPlay and Android Auto will then operate normally.
