NAVC-7CP-931: Connecting via Apple AirPlay

Question: How do I connect the 7" Portable CarPlay™ / Android Auto™ (Model: NAVC-7CP-931) via Apple AirPlay?

Answer:

Mirroring iOS Device:

1. Enable Wi-Fi on your phone.
2. Ensure no other device is connected to the CarPlay screen.
3. On your phone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
4. Select DIRECT-NAVC-7CP-XXXX and connect.
5. Enter the password 88888888.
6. Once connected, open Control Centre and tap on Screen Mirroring.

7. Select iphone-airplay.
8. Your iPhone screen will appear on the CarPlay screen after a few seconds.

To stop mirroring:

• Open Control Centre, tap on Screen Mirroring, and select Stop Mirroring.

Note: Video playback may be restricted while the car is moving for safety reasons.
