Question: What should I do if the Laser RGB Smart Light (Model: LSH-240RGB10W) is not connecting to the app?


Answer:

  1. Ensure your Wi-Fi username and password are correct and you are using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection.
  2. If the light is blinking slowly, it might be in AP pairing mode. Switch to AP mode in the app and try again.
  3. Press and hold the pairing button to switch to fast blinking pairing mode.
