            KB-MEK101-BK: Resolving Stuck or Unresponsive Keys

            If keys on your KB-MEK101-BK RGB Mechanical Keyboard are getting stuck or not clicking:

            1. Gently remove the keycaps.
            2. Ensure there's no debris or obstruction under the keys.
            3. Clean under the keycaps and around the switches.
            4. Replace the keycaps securely onto the switches.
